Potato Chip Cookies (Cystic Fibrosis diet)
Submitted by Kathy Geiger Potato Chip Cookies: I love the salt and sweet together
  1. Mix brown sugar and white sugar then add margarine, eggs and vanilla. Mix well until smooth
  2. Sift flour and baking powder together then add crushed potato chips. Continue to mix well.
  3. Drop from a teaspoon on to a greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake at 350 oven for 10 to 12 minutes

    If a child has CF, they may need 2,000–2,800 calories daily. It is important to remember that a balanced diet is vital for the whole family. This includes dairy products; grains and starches; fruits and vegeta- bles; and proteins like meat, poultry, fish, eggs, and peanut butter.
